This Privacy Policy explains how Demo Panel ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Demo Panel — Tools for Social Media Growth mobile app and our website at demo.Demo Panel.com (together, the "Service"). We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we never ask for the password to your social media accounts.
1. What the Service does
Demo Panel is a social media marketing and growth platform. You can order promotion and marketing services for public social profiles and content (for example, reach, views, and engagement campaigns across supported platforms), top up a prepaid wallet, and track the status of your orders in real time. We only ever need the public link or username of the profile or post you want to promote — we never request, need, or store your social account login or password.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number — used to create your account and to sign you in (via one-time code, WhatsApp magic link, or password).
- If you set a password, it is stored only as a salted bcrypt hash. We never store passwords in plaintext.
- Optional profile preferences such as your chosen display avatar and theme.
Order and service information
- The public profile URL, username, or post/reel link you choose to promote, the service you select, and the quantity.
- Order status, delivery progress, and order history.
Payment information
- Prepaid wallet balance and transaction history.
- Payment reference numbers you submit to confirm a transfer (for example, a UPI/UTR or USDT transaction ID). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — we do not collect or store your full card numbers, bank login, or UPI PIN.
Support and communications
- Messages you send us through in-app support tickets, WhatsApp, or email, so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Device and technical data
- App version, device and browser type, approximate region inferred from IP, and server log data (IP address, request path, timestamp) kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
- Diagnostic and crash information to help us fix problems.
Cookies and local storage
- A single signed session token to keep you logged in, plus local preferences (theme, avatar). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To process the orders and prepaid top-ups you request, and to deliver them through our service providers.
- To verify payments and maintain your wallet and transaction history.
- To send you order-status updates and respond to support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
- To send optional product news — only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
4. How we share information
We share data only when needed to run the Service, and never with advertisers:
- Service providers — to fulfil an order, we send only the public link and quantity required to the upstream marketing-service provider. We do not send them your contact details.
- Payment providers — to process and verify payments you make.
- Messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp / Meta) — when you choose WhatsApp sign-in or notifications, messages travel over WhatsApp's network.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who store and serve data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data security
Connections use TLS encryption. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and session cookies are cryptographically signed. We restrict access to personal data to what is needed to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Data retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- Order and wallet records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution, typically up to 2 years.
- Short-lived security logs are kept for up to 14 days.
- When you delete your account (see below), we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal or tax obligations.
7. How to delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time:
- In the app: open the Support screen and send us a request to delete your account, or
- By email: write to support@demo.Demo Panel.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account", or
- On WhatsApp: message us at +91 99116 45410.
We will verify your request and delete your personal data (account profile, contact details, order and wallet history that is not legally required to be retained) within 30 days. You can also reach this page any time at https://demo.Demo Panel.com/privacy.
8. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app where appropriate.
